Saturday was a Sad day, because we had SO MUCH FUN on this trip!!!!! we got to see things, and experience things most people never have the chance to see or experience. weather was hot and humid the 1st week, less so the 2nd week. it was mostly sunny every day!! we got some sprinkles a couple times, and that was it. i would not have made it back to Iowa City had it not been for Janell's help. i would have stayed in Dallas. Janell was a Big help throughout our trip. thank You so much Janell!!! i appreciate it So much!! i have had a middle back problem for quite sometime. it has been getting progressively worse. the disc is going out, and now pinches a nerve that goes from my middle back, around my right ribs, and to my breast bone. that route also effects some of my tender/trigger points. that is not good. it is the kind of pain, that doubles you over, and you tear up. there are times i just Hate my body!! this was one of those times. being a stubborn male, i did not tell Janell the extent of the problem until after it was a continuing problem on our trip. and being a stubborn male, i did not always listen to her advice. usually, after a night's sleep, i'm okay for most of the next day. that is no longer the case. i have been dealing with this problem with my chiropractor every couple of weeks, but that just doesn't work anymore. last Wednesday i finally went looking for a chiropractor, but was referred to the Royal Resorts Doctor. she gave me pain shots over the next 3 days, and prescribed pain pills, and a creme, for me to take. even that became ineffective after awhile.
